What is Happening
Thank you for reaching out to us about your pending order. As you may have recently learned we are currently transitioning our store to more conveniently serve the Kissimmee community. All pending orders, whether Internet, Special Orders or Embroidery Orders have been transferred to our Miami HeadQuarters to process with a special team dedicated to fulfilling your needs.

Delivery
Ibiley is setting up shipments of finalized orders directly to your school through an Ibiley rep (except Internet Orders).You will receive a phone call when your order becomes available for pick up. We intend to deliver all pending pre-placed orders within the next 2-3 weeks.

Fulfillment
There may be certain orders which have discontinued or out of stock product which will affect our delivery timeline and the fulfillment of your complete order. We are working very hard to send your order in whole.
